Segregated Funds. arr999 maintains player funds in accounts that are segregated from operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of operational insolvency. arr999 does not use player funds for any operational purpose.
Unclaimed Balances. arr999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have carried a positive balance and have had no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. The applicable inactivity fee rate and notice procedure are published in the arr999 FAQ. Any remaining balance after fee deduction may be withdrawn by the player upon account reactivation following successful identity verification.
